Safety & Certifications

Winco Powerline Services is registered to the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) at Stage II. Issued by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), IS-BAO is a global code of best practices for aircraft operators. Stage II registration reflects an organization that has implemented a Safety Management System (SMS) and demonstrated that safety processes are actively integrated into daily operations and decision-making.
Winco has maintained continuous IS-BAO registration since 2012, reinforcing a long-standing commitment to operational safety, risk management, and continuous improvement across all flight operations.
